The Regional Field Executive role is a hybrid position, working out of our Spokane, WA office (Mon- Thu).
Job Overview
The Regional Field Executive leads, directs, and manages a regional operation for all lines of business. This position is responsible for business development, profitability, and the management of a regional budget for Capital Insurance Group in an assigned regional territory. In conjunction with the Assistant VP-Commercial & Ag, this position is responsible for the development of corporate business strategy, the delivery of insurance products and services, and business development resources to fulfill the corporation’s near and long-term business objectives. The Regional Field Executive is responsible for the evaluation of marketing performance and business production efforts. The Field Executive is responsible for process improvement efforts and the implementation, of controls, initiatives, and work measures to improve organizational productivity, efficiency, ease-of-doing business, automation and paperless/virtualization efforts. In addition, the Field Executive is responsible to ensure the effective management of the agency producer system for production and adherence to business development principles. The position serves as the senior field and marketing authority for all business development and risk selection decisions in the regional territory. The Regional Field Executive reports directly to the AVP-Commercial & Ag. Underwriting authority is delegated to the Regional Field Executive by the Chief Operating Officer. The Regional Field Executive is responsible for the production efforts for all lines of CIG business and directs a Field Operations staff that includes underwriters, support staff and agency management and marketing staff throughout the region.
Requirements
Salary Range: $114,129 - $188,313
The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as benefits and bonus programs.
