Job Summary

We currently have an opportunity available within our Technology organization for a Technology Associate. If you are looking to start your career, then demonstrating your skills in Technical Support is a wonderful place to start! This position enables daily opportunities to grow and learn from our Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams at Capital Insurance Group including Production Support, Security, Network, Application Support Analysts, and System Administrator teams.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assisting with onboarding new employees (account setup, system access, etc.)

• Managing and updating tickets in our helpdesk system (Jira)

• Handling access requests and user permissions

• Responding to and troubleshooting incident tickets

• Collaborating with the IT team to maintain and improve our internal systems

Technologies You’ll Get Exposure To:

• Microsoft Intune

• SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager)

What We’re Looking For:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Familiarity with Windows environments and basic IT concepts

• A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Salary Range: $25.00/Hr.
