Work Environment & Format

The Technology Summer Internship is a fully in-office position from our Reno, NV or Monterey, Roseville, Bakersfield CA offices.

Job Summary

We currently have an opportunity available within our Technology organization for a Technology Associate. If you are looking to start your career, then demonstrating your skills in Technical Support is a wonderful place to start! This position enables daily opportunities to grow and learn from our Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams at Capital Insurance Group including Production Support, Security, Network, Application Support Analysts, and System Administrator teams.

Requirements

Student pursuing a degree or certification in information technology, computer science, mathematics, business or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Manage, resolve or escalate Service Desk tickets in a timely manner.
  • Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Thoroughly document the incident and request details in the company’s IT service management tools.
  • Provide on-site, desk side support as needed.

Salary Range: $25.00/Hr.
