Work Environment
This is a hybrid-eligible position, where Monday through Wednesday would be working in one of our offices, with Thursday and Friday eligible for work-from-home days. Office locations include: Monterey (CA), Roseville (CA), Reno (NV), and Spokane (WA).
Job Overview
Scrum Master II is responsible for overseeing the scrum and development team. They are knowledgeable in Agile methodology and scrum and able to educate others. They also act as a buffer between the scrum team and product owner and maintain a safe working environment for the team by helping with conflict resolution. To work as a Scrum Master II, you need to hold advanced scrum master certification.
Requirements
Salary Range: $60,122 - $99,201

We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions.
