Work Environment & Format

The Commercial/Ag Supervisor – Client Services is a hybrid work format based out of our Reno, NV or Monterey, CA offices unless otherwise noted.

Job Overview

The Commercial Ag Supervisor – Client Services is responsible for fulfilling the objectives of the Client Services Department focused primarily on Commercial Ag Lines business by providing prompt, accurate and courteous service to agents, policyholders, and business partners. It is responsible for supervising assigned Client Services Commercial Ag Lines staff who represent the “front-line” of customer service and customer perceptions. It coordinates the delivery of and responds to customer inquiries on all policy transactions, policy information, and related billing. This position is also responsible for renewal processing, policy rating, endorsements to policies, and coverage questions for Commercial Ag Lines. This individual will provide input for enhancements to the policy and billing systems, agency interface, policy processing, and phone systems. The position must maintain effective working relationships with other departments and communicate company service objectives to ensure customer satisfaction and business retention. This person will be required to hold a current Property & Casualty license.

Requirements

Knowledge of:

  • All aspects of servicing for assigned lines of business and related billing.
  • General Property-Casualty insurance industry knowledge with good understanding of insurance practices and principles

Education and Experience:

  • Work experience and education should be equivalent to the completion of (at a minimum) an associate degree with a college degree preferred.
  • Candidates must possess a Resident Property & Casualty Insurance License.
  • Candidates should possess five to eight years of experience including three years of management/supervisory experience within an insurance or financial services industry with emphasis in customer service or other closely related field.

Salary Range: $50,479 - $83,291

The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as benefits and bonus programs.
