Work Environment

This is a hybrid position within the Strategy & Innovation team working in our Roseville, CA., Monterey, CA, Bakersfield, CA or Reno, NV office.

Job Overview

• Provide strategic leadership for insurance solutions, development, and implementation
• Plans, develops and organizes feedback mechanisms to assure quality control and systems ability to meet or exceed customer expectations
• Counsels and advises business counterparts, external customers, and vendors on systems capabilities and business benefits

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, or related field, and continuing education related to the job
• 3 to 5 years of Business Analysis experience or related work experience in P&C insurance, particularly with respect to operations, business processes, and business solutions with demonstrated achievements and progressive responsibilities

Pay Range: $60,122-$99,201

The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as benefits and bonus programs.
