The Senior Accountant is a hybrid eligible role that can be filled in any of our 6 locations - Bakersfield, CA., Reno, NV., Spokane, WA., Roseville, CA., Monterey, CA or Phoenix, AZ.
The Senior Accountant has a responsibility in supporting the Accounting Manager in meeting departmental goals and objectives and assisting with the development of workflows, policies, procedures, and internal controls within assigned area. Responsible for completing reports for both internal and external users to accurately reflect company operating results and financial condition. Internal reporting includes completion of financial statements from the trial balance, budget reports, productivity reports, cash flows and other special reports. External reporting includes filings to state insurance departments (i.e. annual statements, quarterly statements, premium taxes, statistical calls, etc.). Also includes the completion of reports to Federal, State and local agencies, and reinsurance companies and brokers.
Requirements
Salary Range: $71,606 - $118,150
The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as benefits and bonus programs.
