Work Environment

The Production Support Analyst II position is a hybrid eligible role from our Monterey, CA office.

Overview

Production Support Analyst 2 is a junior level support position on the Tier 2 team. You will be responsible for ensuring timely resolution of access and service request tickets for all departments at CIG. Working with senior support analysts, you will assist in resolving incident and high-level tech support issues escalated from the Tier 1 team as needed

Responsibilities

  • Provide end user technical and functional support for internal and third-party applications.

  • supporting and maintaining the company’s Jira Software and Jira Service Desk instances, configuring projects, workflows, and permissions, and providing support to Jira Software users

    • preferred knowledge of agile methodologies and project management principle

  • Provide desktop support, maintenance and provisioning for equipment, installed applications, operating systems and peripherals.

  • Set up and maintain end user access profiles to CIG applications, networks and systems.

  • Maintain hardware, software and account access provisioning tools.

  • Troubleshoot, resolve and/or escalate complex application and infrastructure issues to Tier 3 teams.

  • Provide executive level support to the CIG Leadership Team.

Requirements

  • 2-3 year of IT support experience

  • College level degree or comparable certificates and education.

  • Jira Administrator Certifications (ex: ACP-620 or ACP-420) preferred or comparable experience with similar Service applications.

Salary Range: $47,622 - $78,576

The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as benefits and bonus programs.
