Job Overview

Production Support Analyst II is an entry level support position on the Tier 2 team supporting escalated incidents and requests, and desktop technologies. Works with guidance from senior resources.

Requirements

• 1+ years of IT support experience
• 1+ years of Production Support Analyst I experience
• College level degree or comparable
• IT Help Desk Professional certification
• CompTIA or Microsoft Support certifications
• ITIL Foundation

Salary Range: $47,622-$78,576
